CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for booking with me! As a beginner beauty artist, I appreciate your support and patience as I continue to grow. Deposit A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book. Home-Based Studio Rules • No extra guests unless approved • Shoe-free zone – please remove shoes when entering • I am home-based Timing & Fees • Appointments can take up to 4 hours • $35 after-hours fee (outside regular hours contact if interested) • 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that, appointment may be canceled • A second reschedule or any cancellation within 48 hours requires a new deposit to book in the future • Canceling within 48 hours will result in an automatic charge of 40% • Remaining balance must be payed in CASH Appointment Prep • For lash extensions please come with clean, bare lashes. No makeup, mascara or glue residue. • Do Not drink caffeine prior to your appointment. • I DO NOT work on extremely damaged/broken lashes 24-Hour Fix Policy • If any nails lift, chip, or break within 24 hours of your appointment, I will repair them free of charge. • If more than 20% of lashes fall out within 24 hours of your appointment, I will repair them free of charge.
